Elected Bodies

The executive body of AIFP is the Board of Directors (Board), which meets twice a month and decides on all matters of the Association unless they fall under the authority of the General Assembly following the AIFP statutes. The General Assembly elects the members of the Board.

The Association also includes two controlling bodies - the Controlling Committee, which oversees the management of the Association, and the Ethics Committee, which oversees the compliance of the Association and its members with the AIFP Code of Practice.

The Ethics Committee The Ethics Committee monitors and supervises the compliance of the Association and its members with the AIFP Code of Ethics

The Controlling Committee The Controlling Committee has the exclusive authority to audit the AIFP's management and to report on the audit to the General Assembly.
